At CasaBella Furniture, we want you to love your home. If your new piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed in its original packaging to prevent damage during the return transit.

  Our specialized white-glove logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient time for the item pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
